This fantastic grape, old and wise has adapted perfectly to our climate and poorest soils.
These short gnarled vines, have struggled against all elements for over seventy years to offer the finest grapes possible.

24 Months in bottle.

LOOKS:   Very bright, medium-depth cherry-red colour with beautiful legs. The purple hues show it still maintains a youthful nature.
NOSE:     Deep, very deep elegant aromas. Dominated by ripe red berries, figs, quince jam and cocoa, all together on a mineral and spicy background. The wood is subtle and delicate, in perfect harmony with varietal aromas.
TASTE:   Great structure. Very round with sweet tannins that are not overwhelming, allowing room for full, sumptuous sensations. The incredibly long aftertaste, brings back the minerals and fruits that was smelled earlier.
