NAVARDIA JOVEN 2007 **ORGANIC**

Starting with our organically grown grapes, we make this young and fruity wine with a pleasant palate.
With an unusual structure and balance we have reduced to the presence of sulfites to make this a healthy and natural wine.
1-2 Months in American casks.

LOOKS:   Very good colour intensity, purple-red with nicely-coloured legs, clean and bright.
NOSE:   Sweet and intense, reminiscing of red berries, raspberries, red currant, spices, (black pepper, licorice) quince jam and some Graciano characteristics
TASTE:   Very well balanced, pleasant, sweet tannins, fruity, good licorice, long, pleasant and lasting taste.
